Its very close to the town centre and all its amenities with dedicated parking space in a restricted area. Just 2 years old and ideal as a own family residence or a Buy-to-Let investment esp. as it is situated very well for access to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester - plus Stoke if you really felt the need 😬 As usual we are open to offers from serious interest.
