Bought by second owner from Caterham South in April 2003 (3,662 miles) who thought the car would be similar to his Boxster S and could not get along with it. I bought the car from him in July 2003 (4,400 miles) and have now owned the car for 22 trouble free months/5,800 miles. The cars specification is as follows : 35th Anniversary colour scheme - BRG/Yellow nose band/bonnet stripe 13" Minilites fitted with Yokohama AO21Rs (185/70/R13 profile) Leather "S" Type seats 5 Speed Live axle (Ital) 4-1 competition exhaust Heater Full windscreen and doors Raceco 260mm leather steering wheel FIA roll bar - fitted by Caterham South April 2004 New rear wings and stone guards fitted by Caterham South April 2004 Spare wheel carrier removed and new rear pannel replaced by Arch this year to give Superlight look along with new alloy boot floor Caterham four point harnesses Alloy gear knob Aero filler cap Tonneau cover Big red starter button MOT until June 2006 and taxed until 31st October 2005 And now for the special bits Freestyle handling pack (new springs and dampers fitted August 2004 - alloy fronts and spherically jointed rears) Professional "Blydenstein" B pack modification including head, valve and camshaft conversion - spanner work carried out by McMillan Motorsport in November 2004. Full service carried out August 2004 and then oil changed by McMillan Motorsport in November 2004. Carbs rejetted and professionally balanced by Mikeanics Motorsport rolling road January 2005. Not your usuall run of the mill 1.6Vx. This car is in excellent condition, wonderfully balanced to drive with plenty of power and has never been raced. This car reularly outpaces well modded SLR's on the road, its so compliant a great B road blatter!
