Nigel Abbott
I whacked my off-side rear wing on a cone at the last track day. I seem to remember an ex-racer guy telling me that there's somone out there making replacement wings cheaper than Caterham - if so who and do they come in the standard gel-coated colours? TIA - Nigel Nigel Abbott
Wozza
Nigel Did you do this at Bentwaters? Both myself and friend with Caterhams at Bentwaters on Sunday clipped cones and cracked the edge of our rear wings in the process. What a pain! Hope they're cheap! Nigel Abbott
Exactly the same 'injury' but inflicted at Kemble a couple of weeks ago! Nigel Abbott
R2D2
In an effort to save money I bought some cheaper rear wings about 18 months ago. When they turned up they were awful and I didn't fit them. The hassle I had trying to return them wasn't worth the effort. I made the mistake of paying by cheque. If you pay by credit card it may be easier or collect. The wings I was shown at Stoneleigh looked fine. The ones that turned up were c**p.
murph7355
How much cheaper are they? Isn't a pukka Caterham wing about 60 quid?
