chip for new 1600 k

i have just finished running in my new superlight 1600k

and still grinning from ear to ear can someone tell me if there

is a super chip that is worth the money and will it fit the new

1600k series engine the new engine has a coil for each plug

and a difrent ecu box from the old one i think? also

Lumenition do a plug in, mappable ECU upgrade for about 500 quid which comes with a pre done map for your engine. It is available from QED or, obviously, Lumenition and is reckoned to be worth about 9bhp on its own, but, of course, the advantage is that it can be remapped when you get more serious. QED also do a direct to head thottle body and cam kit that can be bought with this ECU as a complete kit for about 1600 plus VAT. They seem to quote 175bhp on the 1.8 but judging by the article in CCC this month by Dave Walker I reckon you should expect 160bhp on your 1.6 with improved throttle response and a lovely noise.....
