jackb_ms
Hi I'm looking for the technical spec of part of the fuel line, the pipe which connect the tank to the fuel rail pipe. The one which run along side the cockpit. Mine has perished and I would like to change it this weekend. Thank you for your help Jack Emily, The Very Yellow

jackb_ms
It's the black rubber type, for a VVC. Don't want anything fancy, just a straight swap Jack Emily, The Very Yellow
Peter T
Caterham can supply you with a new version, or you can try and source it from a local motor factors. Internal bore is 8mm, and make sure that it is high pressure hose that can withstand 10 Bar, if your's is the version with the fittings that are crimped on the line then you might need to figure out how you can re attatch them. jackb_ms
Is it safe to use one of those coper link you can buy? If I clamp it very well? Jack Emily, The Very Yellow
Peter T
Yes there is no reason why not, copper has a higher burst pressure than rubber, just make sure you use good quality clamps. Carbon Components from K9 Composites
