tiddy1
just bought some M7 clutch cover bolts from caterham for my 1.8K series however they say on the invoice "not for use on 1.4 lightweight flywheels (these use DAM 8124)" Althought my engine is 200bhp 1.8 it has a 1.4 lightweight flywheel (long story) these bolts look exactly the same as the current ones so any ideas what the diference is? shn7
Not sure in your case but I know that when I changed my 1.8k from the std flywheel to the lightweight one I had to get different bolts. So I can confirm there's more than one size. Steve.
F355GTS
tiddy Some flywheels use M8 not M7 (Angus's 1.4 for example) Mark
