Standard Caterham Silencer

Made contact with a guy that may be able to fabricate a replacement can for most 7's at a fraction of the cost of most aftermarket jobs.

 

He does require however a standard silencer to use as a template.

 

Anyone got an old shot can lying around that could be begged or borrowed?

 

I have no financial interest in this whatsoever but who knows it could turn into the next 'must have' bulk buy !?

Sandy, I have got a can off my HPC, dont know how universal it would be regarding fitment to other sevens though

I have a standard silencer with heat shield for side mounting. It has been sitting on the shelf since I put a carbon race silencer on my machine for tracking. Make me an offer. Dr John. doctorjohn@laycock.com

Thanks for the offers. Currently have the offer of a loan however, Elie, a copy of your details I am sure would also be most useful if possible?
