Mark w
I must be very dumb, thinking of repacking my silencer ( R400 ) but cannot see how it comes apart easily. Whilst it has some allen key fixings on the front end ,removing these would not appear to separate the two halves as the smaller flange on the inlet pipe sits " inside " the larger flange of the external skin. All the rear fixings are rivets. Do i need to drill out all the rivets to gain access.??
silver-7
Mark, Remove the allen key bolts and the outer cylinder just slides off you might need to tap it gently first time. NO need to drill any bolts or screws ect 😬 cheers Alex
frankyknuckles
Mark, email me, I have a set of instructions I can email you. I repacked mine recently, the outer cover needed a good number of taps to get it off. www.R300.net
