jwyatt Posted April 29, 2005 Share Posted April 29, 2005 Passat 2.8 V6 synchro estate, dec 1998, silver with black leather/blue alcantara interior. 145k miles, just run in 😬VGC, meticulously maintained to 100k by VW, then local specialist (all ex VAG staff). Climate control, full-time 4WD - these cars are mostly Audi Quattro mechanicals, no Haldex nonsense. The engine is Audi 2.8 30valve as well. High-spec Witter tow bar discretely installed. Very well looked after, the exterior and interior are both in amazing condition, mileage was mostly non-towing motorway miles, synthetic oil used. Excellent tow can without compromising too much on non-towing performance (unlike with some diesel nail). 6CD and RDS head unit. A bargain at £3250 OVNO.
