Posted March 17, 2005 Author Share Posted March 17, 2005 Hmmmm chips Just got back from the interview for the Scum job which is in Swindon (groan 103 miles each way) The agency had only sent me half of the job spec (the job is working for 2 departments half of the week each) and told me that the job was due to start 1st April (nice) Twas a strange interview, not very probing but then I partly expected that given that it's only a 2-3 month contract so if I'm not perfect they can boot me out. At the end she said, "Oh and by the way we'd need you to start on Monday and we won't be making a decision until tomorrow (i.e. Friday) afternoon. So tomorrow afternoon I could be trying to persuade ex-mother-out-law that she'd like to be looking after smallest & nicest son for 4 days next week when he's off school and his mum is still at work.
