I have had a present of five litres of this synthetic oil as used in F1 Renault engines and brought back from France.thumbsup.gif Those of us who have talked of this matter before may recall my "Valvoline is good for my old X/F 1600" with less than 10,000 on the clock and the final respost from an elder and better that "new technology actually can be better" and the evidence of engine strip downs proved the point. Well I'm persuaded.blush.gif But what about this stuff; has anybody come across it; should I leave the oil change to next spring or do it soonquestion.gif I avoid, as best I can, driving in rain and salt so periods of inactivity on the sevening front are inevitable during the winter.thumbsdown.gif (Sorry but it is persistently raining again). Oh yes, what can I use to flush the old oil dregs away that does not cost ukp10 a litrequestion.gif
