He says that after a few days you just become numb to all the abuse, hangups, etc and tick the number off. Ithink they reported abuse, alarms etc but the commonest was the hang up. He now does this to cold callers as he remembers doing the job and simply shrugging and dialling the next number on the (long) list. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If they keep going, make lots of "ooooh", "aaaaaaah", "mmmmffff" and "yessssssSSSSS" sounds while they talk.
