From a 98 Superlight. Damaged weld and slight split to the alloy around the breather pipe (top of tank) but will be repairable. Foc for donation to ntl.

Nr J4 of the M3, Surrey / Hamps / Berks borders.

Cheers,

Brian,

Excellent - thanks. Can we agree a value? I travel up to Stafford every few weeks and next time (probably before the end of March) am in fact meeting up with another C7 owner from Derby to hand over some other bits. Maybe that would help?

Cheers,

Alan

Alan,

I've posted on Tech Talk to see if there are any issues with fitting your tank into my '87 Supersprint. Assuming there aren't any, what figure were you looking at for NtL. We can discuss logistics after the other issues.

Cheers

Brian

No problem- saw your post. 😬 If the collective wisdom of Blatchat does not supply an answer, I'm sure an email to Caterham aftersales would work.

Value? Not sure. A new tank is >£100 IIRC (I'll check the invoice this evening) and the old tank will be scrapped if no-one takes it. I guess it depends how "charitable" you feel.... how about £10? *smile*

Cheers,

Alan
