chrisb
Norman, Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm going to make my own way over. Unfortunately I've things to do tomorrow morning, and sunday, so not sure when I'll be leaving Sheffield, or heading back. Chris PS How long does it take to get over? Normans_Ghost
You'll need to allow 2.5 hours by going M1/M62/M56 as the Snake will probably not be open. Over the Snake and it's 1.3 hours with normal traffic. chrisb
Norm, Having seen your photo of the summit, it probably won't be open, but I might head that way, and then if its shut it should be posted at Ladybower, if it is, I'll head over Castleton -> Chapel way. The M62 is a big detour. Having said that, I haven't looked on a map, so don't know exactly where I'm heading 😳
