Mav, are you thinking of some weight reduction on your barge with the ACBs???? 😬 😬 I might go for CR500s when I've killed the few 032s i have... though would be just track day tyres with very limited mileage to and from the track... Normans_Ghost Posted February 15, 2005 Author Share Posted February 15, 2005 Neil, I wouldn't recommend ACB10's for any road car. They need to get warm - impossible on the road in winter. They are lethal in the wet. They tramline so much that you're fighting the wheel all the time unless you're on a perfectly smooth road. I'll need to try the 048's over the snake, but first impression on a fast run up the A1/M18/M1 and across the North side of Sheffield are that they're OK.
