I call them on the dot.. ask them if its ok to speak... start the normal speall, though hard to hear her. then as I ask he a questions she says 'call me back in 2 minutes' and hangs up!!! tried calling back and no answer! *mad* problem is we need someone on short notice... they don't even need to be very good! No-one wants to answer the phone in our enviroment. However, the same job, less money in a Car showroom, and hey presto - lots of people want to do it.
