John Stewart has me down as 3rd reserve and says there's a 50% chance. Seems to me to be a lot of time & expense for a 50% chance, even though the company will be the best in the world. It sounds to me like the reserves list is to meet the rules but on the day everyone has a go. (maybe I shouldn't have said that) Lets see what everyone else says. rossybee Posted January 31, 2005 Share Posted January 31, 2005 Norman - as Myles says - I was about 7th on the reserve list and folk after me still got on Also, it was a particularly beautiful dry & sunny day for Oct, thus being no reason why someone who actually made it there would turn down a slot 😳 I think lots of the scooby guys bottle it when they see all the 7s, elises, Ultimas, etc which would only show them up on track AFAICR, only 1 scoob was on track at the same time as me...
