Chelspeed
I've been to Longcross loads of times........... Just not sure if experience from running a start and finish on a special stage rally will be any help? I 'spose there's less chance of getting lost on the way down, that's probably it though. Stuart Faulds
Brodie, I've done a couple of sprints there (although never in a Caterham) and it tends to be a bit of cone-dodging with a run through 'the snake' in the middle. They run it in 2 directions, and use at least 3 different layouts, so any video will be of limited use. I would say take it as you see it, but be careful of the cambers through the snake, and if it's at all wet, then be very careful since the majority of it is surrounded by trees and gets (and remains) *very* slippy. Brodie
Thanks Stuart-as is the case with the majority of sprints and climbs!! I suppose we'd all be moaning about excessive tyre wear if every track had Shell-Grip !? I do wonder why I'm keen enough to risk life and limb at many venues, especially when it's damp! Brodie
Does any body know whether Adam's footage is the actual course that we'll be using on the 17th? I have been told that sometimes the route changes?
KenEvans
I would be a shame to watch it 500 times and find it's a different layout on the day 😳
