Included in the package is the RF Concepts bullet camera, microphone and LANC remote operation controller. To get this to function with your camcorder you will require: Battery Pack including connector to 2.1mm DC plug which may be acquired from RF Concepts at £5 http://www.rfconcepts.co.uk/accessories.htm , or no doubt less from Maplins. A camera mount for the roll cage to fix the bullet camera in position And finally a suitable camcorder. See either RF Concepts for advice on what is required but put simply, as long as your camcorder has an AV In and can accept the LANC remote controller (normally an input with a blue ring around the outside) then you should be OK.
