How to format text with Bold, Italic, Quote, etc...

there are several codes you can use to change the appearance of your text. Following is the list of codes currently available:

 

Bold: Enclose your text with [b ] and[ /b]. Example: this is [b ]bold[ /b] text. = this is bold text.

 

Italic: Enclose your text with [i ] and[ /i]. Example: this is [i ]italic[ /i] text. = this is italic text.

 

Code: Enclose your text with

. 

 

Quote: Enclose your text with

and [ /quote].

 

Using Colours in Text

You can use font colours in your posts eg:

 

Red: Enclose your text with [red ] and [ /red].

 

Blue: Enclose your text with [blue ] and [ /blue]

 

Green: Enclose your text with [green ] and [ /green].

 

Orange: Enclose your text with [orange ] and [ /orange] - but beware, if you use this in the topic title, it won't show up on the orangy background where the tree structure is shown

 

Purple: Enclose your text with [purple ] and [ /purple]

 

Teal: Enclose your text with [teal ] and [ /teal]

 

Maroon: Enclose your text with [maroon ] and [ /maroon]

 

Violet: Enclose your text with [violet ] and [ /violet]

 

Brown: Enclose your text with [brown ] and [ /brown]

 

Yellow: Enclose your text with [yellow ] and [ /yellow]

 

Black: Enclose your text with [black ] and [ /black]

 

Gold: Enclose your text with [gold ] and [ /gold]

 

Beige: Enclose your text with [beige ] and [ /beige]

 

Navy: Enclose your text with [navy ] and [ /navy]

 

Lime Green: Enclose your text with [limegreen ] and [ /limegreen]
