Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 I've tried a couple of places that advertise "Land Rovers bought & sold" They both offered me something around £3k dependant upon inspection. There are a number of similar sounding vehicles on Autotrader at prices ranging from under £3k to £6k but who knows if they are likely to sell. Mine had been in Autotrader since 6pm last Tuesday and all I've had from the ad is the 2 scam attempts, no even a proper timewaster/tyre kicker or someone phoning out of curiosity. It's also on Pistonheads and LRmart. I was expecting lots of call but it just aint 'appening I was due to be touting it around a few indpendant LR specialists in the area today but the youngest & nicest was off school i.e. with me and so I had a day of playing trains & Meccano instead (more fun but less productive).
