Myles Posted January 19, 2005 Share Posted January 19, 2005 Made mine... ...evidently before I started the websites - I don't have any pics. What I did was go to Halfrauds and into their Lax Power section - they've got sheets of ali-mesh in a number of designs made by Ripspeed for around £20. It was a simple-matter to cut out a section, bend it around the lip of the intake and then zip-tie to the 7-grille (teeny colour-matched zip-ties). The advantage of this over the 'genuine' mesh grille is that there are absolutely no gaps around the edges because it wraps-around. I've seen several cars that use the CC mesh with gaps big enough to let stuff through... You can see the results of mine here and in the gallery etc. - no close-ups that I can remember taking though... Project Scope-Creep is underway...
