Potentiometer

Mark, it is a posistion sensor that is used to tell the ecu where the throttle is at any given rpm.

Unless you have a non ecu car it is of little use, also this version is not Standard fitment to any caterham , and that is why it is so expensive, i am selling it because my Swindon roller barrels only have a 86 degree rotation, and i wanted to have smaller load sites that my ecu reads, so i had a custom potentiometer made which cost a bomb. *thumbup*

By chance I found a D type unit in my spares box today. I had to check under the bonnet to see what the hell it was. I cannot understand how I have it. I will check it out tomorrow to see if it works and let you (Billy) know.

Cheers Rupe
