Recommended Posts

I've been seduced by the idea of doing a few rounds of the European Caterham Masters as well as the SEMSEC series, but I need a CSR to be eligible. So with somewhat mixed feelings, my beloved SV is now for sale.

Price: £27k, will reduce if you don't want all the wheels or the carbon seats.

Please contact by email, ensure your contact details are included. If you have questions, feel free to post them here as they may be relevant to others.

(apologies to a couple of guys who emailed before Xmas about wheels, I accidently trashed my email set up and lost your details. If the buyer doesn't want all the wheels then they will be for sale separately)

Hi,

I'm very interested in wheels as well - especially the 13" R400 alloys if they are the same as the 'new' 8 spokes that Caterham sell, or the Minators if not [i need them to be eligible for Supergrads/RSB which the Minators definitely are and the others may be].

Particularly interested if they came with any sort of CR500s as Caterham have changed the compound for 2005, can't supply them yet, the season is only 8 weeks away and I'm buggered if I'm buying some 'old' compound ones just for the luxury of being able to set the bloody ride height!

I'll get my coat *eek*

Right, form an orderly queue for wheels over here on the left 😬

No problem guys, I'm keeping a list of who asked for what & when...if the wheels aren't sold with the car then I will offer them to you in the order in which you contacted me, either here or by email. Hope that seems fair to everyone.

Mind you, looking at the immediate response for wheels, next time I'll advertise a set of very expensive wheels with a free car attached !

Very very interested in the complete package as I have recently sold my 7. Could you email me pictures and explain condition of the car? Live in Newbury so not too far away. Just one question... why is the torque figure only 175ftlbs when caterham quote 190 on R500 EVO's?

Look forward to hearing from you

Chris
