Roger Ford
25l drum of miscellaneous old petrol - some may be leaded and there's probably a bit of two-stroke oil mixed in. Ideal for lawnmowers or gennies. Needs to be collected (or can deliver locally to Twickenham) would prefer to get the drum back but if I can only get rid of it by giving the drum away too then fair enough! Nifty
Roger, I should be receiving tickets for England v France on 13th February and thus staying in West Ealing for the weekend. If you haven't got rid of it by then I could relieve you of it and I could bring a replacement drum or jerry cans to decant, but this would be a favour rather than an interest in it per sae so if you find another method/place this would be better. Have you tried asking a local friendly garage if you could add it to their disposal barrel in return for a pint or two? Keep off the straight and narrow 😬

Roger Ford
Thanks, Nifty. Let's correspond nearer the time if I've still got it. Don't think we have friendly garages round this way, but if I find one, I'll ask.
markc
Hi Roger I had a word with the ocal garage - to see if they can dispose of it no luck - but he did say that the local council (elmbridge) would take it (prob at a cost) regards MarkC
Eddie White
Hi, try your local cricket/rugby/football club for their mowers, regards, Ed
