Posted December 25, 2004 Share Posted December 25, 2004 I planned to go earlier but the Landie wouldn't start and was parked front of the garage. 1 hour of charging sorted that while I wrapped. My name's Paul and I like to wrap, most of what I say is a complete load of .............. Out on the Blat got waved to by a full works (handlebar moustache etc) Morgan driver, saw 3 police cars Just home to warm up, put 7 in garage, went out to street to put Landie on drive and yes it wouldn't start but is now 40 yards from my house, ho hum, that can be a job for the morrow (out with the battery and bring it back to the house etc etc). Now indoors finally having some Bucks Fizz, hmmmmmmmm shame I've got to drive later as I'm off to collect smallest & nicest child at 2:00 for present unwrapping and playing with the helium airship that I've bought him. if he's good I may let him have a go with it. When I've dropped him off with his mum and the git I can start drinking properly. Drinking (in fact anything ) doesn't start until 12:30ish - but I've been out cycling as usual. Couldn't see anyone to shout Humbug at. Bit disappointing. ☹️ Project Scope-Creep is underway...
