The Pied Piper Posted September 25, 2001 Share Posted September 25, 2001 Stack did originally offer to demist mine FOC but when it arrived it was smashed to pieces by the delivery company. I had to buy a new one. The new one steams up just as bad and I havn't got the bottle to send it back in case it gets damaged so I put up with it. What I can't understand is why they havn't sorted out this problem, it's very poor that they continue to sell a unit for £750 that suffers from steaming up. They obviously know about the problem but havn't bothered to fix it, I assume that the more expensive units with data logging etc. suffer the same?? or is it only the "cheap" road unit that suffers?
