We call the Turkey a Turkey as it was so odd it must have come from a far off place. The French are similar in that they call it Dinde, from india. The Turkish call it Hindi, from india. Either way, it is great with stuffing and roast tatties, and veg, and bread sauce. And "cheesy potatoes".
