Myles
Hmm, Today is a non-cycling day for me - I have a couple of days off cycling a week when I'm not working - otherwise it is straight out on the bike for an hour after breakfast (the contents of which never vary). I've quite often noticed that on non-cycling days, my perceived blood-sugar level drops quite quickly and I end up feeling slightly weak and wobbly. On cycling days at the same time of day, I'll be happily charging up and down hills... I need my lunch shortly after returning - but in general, I feel OK. How does that work then??? It can't simply be that exercising, magically-releases energy, or takes my mind off feeling crummy - because if I'm delayed in setting out on the ride by any length of time, I usually end up feeling crummy throughout the ride. Delbert
Its an Endorfin rush.,, I get the same when I crack a bottle of claret , Light a Cigar and slob out in front of the Stereo. If I miss a night like that I get very techy...... Also happens if I can't smoke for extended periods (10mins or more) 😬 Too Old to die Young
