Owelly........It`s something I`ve always done..

 

Also as I know Neil is on USA 2005 it is important that the car is in tip top condition to survive this event. Much better to change the disc now than have to get one air freighted out to USA and change it in 30C heat in a hotel carpark.

well that Mr J. Whiting (and his missus) are very nice... £700 later I have nice new rear discs and pads and nice new BIG front calipers with big green pads. (well, they were sitting there on display all nice and spangly).

Does green pads mean by car is eco-friendly now???? 😬 😬

 

apparently the rear discs were a bit of a bugger to get off, so I don't mine not trying to do that myself! £90 labour for the whole lot seemed pretty resonable to me.

Though I will be watching the pad wear rate a bit closer from now on!!

 

(ps never had a car that wore out rear pads way before the fronts before...)
