mav
I've just booked the remaining rooms at the hotel. There are 14 rooms left. Call them and book your room in the next two weeks, or the they will go back out to the general public. You must quote it is for the Mav & Friends Trackday, and you must say you are calling to confim the room initially booked out by me. The hotel has my number, if there is any confusion, ask them to call me.

Is there other hotels around? Regrading the track day it self, are you going to make a booking for all os us? When will you want payment? mav
Ross, There is loads for the kids to do in the surrounding area if you were to make it more of an Easter Break - There is a sea zoo not far away for example...
GTD
Jack You need to book the trackday yourself through www.bookatrack.com - but the event is not yet in their calendar. To be able to see it, you must have let Mav know your Bookatrack ID. And even then, it's not yet available for booking 'cos they haven't added it to their calendar yet!
