BBQ7 Posted November 12, 2004 Share Posted November 12, 2004 I want to sell my Caterham Super sprint, but haven't a clue about its value.Can somebody please tell me how much I should advertise the car for? 1989, Q plate,live axle Metallic blue with black wings(front cycle wings) - complete respray May this year,1700cc Roger King engine (150bhp), AX block,vernier pulley,Kent 244 cam, forged pistons, dry sump, big valve head, balanced, oil cooler,Quaife 5 speed with straight cut gears,AP racing clutch,Twin 40's, 4 into 1 exhaust,2 Willans 3'' 6 point harnesses (new), Caterham GRP seats (new), Stack rev counter, starter button, battery cut-off switch, new battery, honeycombe protection pack, Aluminium fuel tank(new),AP racing brakes and master cylinder, braided hoses,latest front suspension(new), FIA roll bar, boot cover (new),adjustable shocks and springs all round (new), Caterham quick steering rack (new), new nose cone and bonnet,chassis black powder coated, all the interior is matt black,Every aluminium panel replaced (Completed by Arch £2700) Completely rebuilt by Transpower Racing and Arch (January to May this year) -no expense spared This car is 15years old, but new! No weather gear (it doesn't go out in the rain) carpets or heater. Do a search on Wanted ads for cars not newer than 1989 as these fall outside current restrictive legislation I think.
