De-welding

Hi

Just spent a couple of hours dismantling the old exhaust manifold only to discover that the new one is fouling the engine bracket. *mad*

It's entirely my fault, i should have fitted everything before asking to have the pipes welded to the flange.

I have invested too much time, effort and money bin it. Therefor, I need to salvage as much as I can (nearly everything)

Is there a way of de-welding stainless steel pipes?

And who could help me weld them back on when in situ?

Thank very much for your help

Thank you very much for your help gentlemen

The welding was done by one of my wrought iron gate maker and it has been done very skilfully. The dremel will not be man enough to grind it off. ☹️

I'm a bit scared that everything might go wrong if i do it *confused*

I spoke to Clive of Aryliam fame and he should be able to help me out. I'll try to see him next week.

Thanks again for your help
