Matthew Willoughby
Is there a worse feeling than watching somebody driving away in you pride and joy never to be seen again? I'm pleased it's sold but all I feel like doing right now is crying ☹️ Any of those hugs still going or, failing that, a bag of Haribo 🤔

Matthew Willoughby
Mav, I'll certainly be there Wednesday, I'm looking forward to seeing Hugh. My current prediction on when I'll be able to afford another is 5 years 😳 And that's probably optomistic 🙆🏻 I will be back as soon as I can. This past year has been fantastic fun
Badger Bill
Yup, know that feeling ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ 🙆🏻 At least five years off for me, if not longer. I reckon that by that time, I'll be an old git, having my mid-life crisis... 😳 😳 😬 BB

simonbell
*thumbdown*Join the club......it`s been 12 months since mine went *thumbup*New one arrives soon although it will still be a few months before it hits the road I didn`t get time to think about it when it left. We arranged to meet the Birkin dealer at Luton after coming over from Belfast on the ferry to Liverpool. The ferry was late and we ahd a flight just after midday. It was a fairly rapid drive from Liverpool to Luton.....we jumped out threw the keys at the dealer and legged it to the check in desk. In fact I actually forgot to put the handbrake on and had to stop the car rolling down the hill Simon Bell - Caterham 7 Duratec R I`ve seen the future.....and it`s powered by duratec

TomB
Was the sale to fund a house purchase? I hope all goes well, it had better be a good house to sacrifice the 7!
I.Mupferit
Yep, the same feeling for me only 3 months ago. Feels like I've been without it for years. I was hoping to see it again at the recent Festival but the new owner went on a different day to me. Never thought I could become so emotionally attached to a car. 😳 Brent Got a delivery date for my DURATEC SV 😬 😬 😬
Matthew Willoughby
When I put the 7 up for sale the plan was to buy a house but the girlfriend's career plans have changed since then so that won't happen for a while. However, I've reached a point where I need a bit more financial security and living in debt because of the 7 really wasn't viable any longer ☹️
