Graham Perry
Weather now with a drying breeze . Does anyone know if the Chicanes are normally used for a car trackday at Mallory ? A mate reckons they are usually only used for bikes. I like a bit of Chicanery

Eric McLoughlin
What would the journey time from North Hampshire to Mallory be. I'm anticipating 2 hrs to 2.5 hrs.
Mark Durrant
Eric It depends what time you leave. I use Routeplanner on www.theaa.com for the route and approximate time but take into account the time I travel. Leadership Team Mcalvert Posted October 21, 2004 Leadership Team Share Posted October 21, 2004 Well, a most excellent daty was had. It stayed pretty much dry until the last session and Mallory is a much more interesting track that I had been led to believe. What's more, it does seem to live up to its "The Friendly Circuit" name with smiles from the marshalls, cooks in the clubhouse and all. It's just sad that this is the last trackday of the year for me ☹️ Great to meet lots of new faces. Hope you all had a safe (and dry!) trip home. sjmmarsh
Yes - the last novice session was VERY wet. There was standing water in a few places and a small river in the middle of the Esses.... Great Fun! 😬 Thanks to Geoff and all the organisers. Steve
