When I was living in Texas I had a friend who was gun nutter.. We went to the Dallas Gun club (think cross between Stewards at Henley & Tree-tops in Kenya) a few times. I got to play with: Desert Eagle .50 (nice and accurate) Berrata (spelling?) 9mm. (bit girly compared to desert eagle, and not as accurate). Walter PPK (well, rude not to)... BIG SODDING Elephant hunting rifle (not sure on calibre but it was BIG!) sub-machine gun type thing (VERY inaccurate, but made great noise/mess) and couple of his competition shotguns (went bang.. nuff said!).
