Uprated Braking Material - Advice Please

I've used the standard AP pad, green stuff, red stuff in my superlight. The greens are cheap but don't stand up to trackday use and I put them on for the road, the reds I find a little disconcerting on the road as you really need to warm them up but are fine on track - though also wear quickly.

I know its a different car but I have changed to Pagid Pads on my subaru - which has a very similar AP 4 pot setup up front - and the difference is amazing - I have used RS42s which are fine on road and I couldn't fade on track (though they did wear quickly on my 1.2 tonne car) - and now use RS14s which last well and are similarly fade resistant with incredible feel through the pedal. When my pads wear out on the caterham I will get some RS14s - they are fitted to the superlight R series racers - and use the greens for road use.

If you are going to order Pagid pads I can't recommend Monmouth Performance Braking enough - quick expert service and saved a recent trip to Magny Cours.

BTW Alex I'll be seeing you at Anglesey!
