NOOOOooooooo!!!!

Eggs (fried, boiled, poached & scrambled) should never be sullied with anything (including brown & red sauce, balsamic or malt vinegar) except lots of freshly ground mixed pepper and a little salt.

Chips should be dunked in a mixture of tomato ketchup & mayo.

Brown sauce goes under cheese on toast.

Bacon & sossidges should be left on the pig.

I thank you.

😳

I only climbed in here because I thought it would be a safe place from which to disagree with Mav... *tongue* Anyway, the correct sauces are (of course) red for chips, brown for bacon *thumbup*, and.... sauceidges is trickier, as there are so many varieties. I think I'd go for a bit of dijon mustard for culinary finesse. Trubble is, all this talk of bacon and sossidge and stuff has turned my drool glands up to maximum... 😳 *tongue*

*wink* nothing...

I had tomato soup, some nurofen and sore throat sweets. None of which required sauce of any kind. And there was nothing on the hotel tv apart from BBC world. Which gets a bit boring after you have watched the same news for the 4th time ☹️ Particularly as one news item was about yesterdays BA flight from Berlin getting diverted to Amsterdam after a bomb threat *mad*

Excuse me for wallowing in self pity 😬

They'd never let Tam have something sharp like a pen, surely they'll just provide some nice, safe wax crayons. There is also the problem that legal folk have worse handwriting than doctors, it's so bad that they can't even read their own shopping lists *tongue*

How about a tin of Heinz spagetti heated in a pot with plenty scottish cheddar,

poured onto two slices of extremely buttered toast, topped off with a couple of fried eggs (sunny side up, yeah baby *cool*)

Food of the Gods *thumbup*
