Graham Perry Posted July 26, 2001 Share Posted July 26, 2001 Did anyone notice in the paper yesterday that the EU are making daylight running lights and ABS brakes compulsory on all new cars in 2003. I know Caterham are a small scale manufacturer but could there be yet more weight added to a Seven as a result of this, if it applies ?
