Boonie Hound
Bl *mad*dy thing - fortunately I was parked in Cambridge Regional College car park where there were many things in this lovely summer weather to delight the eye while waiting for the breakdown van.......saw a Caterham and DB9...what were you thinking I meant. Pleanty of battery power but no brummm brummm noise (I should be an expert in tech talk) checked leads etc etc, had nothing to hit the starter with and as I was in a suit didn't feel like diving too deeply under the bonnet. Nice man in a van came and took the very technical tool of jack handle - smacked the starter and off she went. Thanks to Alex for keeping me entertained during the wait with amusing texts. Dannyboy
Boonie.. You need to keep a long bit of metal in the car at all times!!! you should know that being from Fenland!!! It's useful for mending everything ❗ ❗ ❗ 😬 😬 and for beating off the local chavs 😬 Dannyboy - 95,000 miles and rising
