Biggest blat...

Recommended Posts

So, I wuz thinkin'.... *confused*

What's da longest blat anyone has managed?

We're talking about blats with no fuel-stops and without getting out of the car - ending up where you started from...

....has to be a proper blat too -minimal boring roads.

150 to beat. I should be able to make 230+ on a tank, but I'm not sure the bladder can cope *wink*

You're right. It'd be just over 30...

...far from impossible on the motorway (I think I do about 40) - I might just have to experiment tomorrow (weather permitting) to see what I can do at true blatting speeds (the nicest bit of my current route - about 20 miles worth) is at m-way speeds... *smile*

Nah

You are a small cog in a repressive, bourgeois, capitalist regime and will be first against the wall when the revolution comes *tongue* closely followed by anyone who works for the global thieves such as the oil industry, American banks, Major retailers and IT

The proletariat will rise, we want a revolution, join us or die (or perhaps join us and die anyway)

Then raise the scarlet standard high.

Within its shade we'll live and die,

Though cowards flinch and traitors sneer,

We'll keep the red flag flying here.

*wink*contract scum *wink*that's me..ish.

But I'll happily agree with anything Paul says as the beers are on him in anglesey, right 🤔 😬 😬

as for car ranges... 230 in my SV is pretty common. Even on track you can get low-twenties MPG. On the road, even being 'spirited' you normal get 30-32.

But I'm hoping this will change in a few months time when I can afford to start adding more expensive bits to the engine!

Yup - I actually had to take some home with me... *eek*

...and here we go again...

The number of things I have duplicates of (due to me visiting/residing in various locations etc) is set to grow. I'll need to pick up some more jerry-cans from Machine Mart next week - my used-once-for-Anglesey ones are in Cheltenham...

I'm not sure I'll go for the full 2x20 litres this time though...

mmmmm, this is intersting......

On a true blat, no motorways, and not on track, I have demolished a tank of the finest in less than 80 miles 😳

Best so far (Distance wise), without venturing onto a motorway is about 120miles 😳

With a motorway stretch, I have got to about 160 -170

Now on a track........ No don't even go there

A very very thirsty X-Flow, or is it my right foot 🤔 Or is it the roads where I live 🤔
