I need to shift this car pretty quickly so I'm open to offers.

I called Caterham and they told me that they would take it on SOR (surprise, surprise) and put it up at £20k+ of which I would get £18k+. Hence I priced the car accordingly...

However, it needs to go and it looks like someone is going to get a good deal.

This is a very quick car!!

Thanks for the interest - have replied to all PMs

The engine spec is standard SLR i.e. 1.8 k series on standard throttle bodies (not roller barrels), dry sumped. The head gasket was replaced 2k miles ago by Rob at Protune (with whatever he recommended) and it has been faultless since.

Oh, and I didn't mention before - it's a '98 car on an S plate

Veitchy - tried to email you photos today but it keeps bouncing - says

"unknown local-part "mveitch" in domain "androvian.biblio.net"

☹️

To all others who have expressed interest - I am off to Beijing tomorrow, but will be back to show the car on sunday

Many thanks

P.S. Just got the car back from Ratrace - £500 on overhauling the starter, new battery etc. Now truly a 'turn-key' car regardless of heat!!
