captain chaos
I've no experience of running/buying slicks. I don't anticipate it being boiling hot at Spa (it certainly wasn't last weekend!) but I would like to take advantage of a dry track if we get it and my new trailer to take some slicks to try. Can I please have some guidance as to what to go for, where to get them from (if different to BMTR) and any tips in terms of pressures and possible set up changes, if any, from ACB 10's. Thanks. Mick Day
Try George Polley for 2nd hand Yoko slicks. Still crossply so won't need to change ACB10 set-up. 01354-688111.

Foxy Smith
If you are interested I have some 13/165 Yoko Slicks which are used but practically new. Off 13"x6" wheels. Regarding compound I suspect they are equivalent to SS, certainly softer than S.

NickD
Back to the slicks - you could always run the Avon slicks used on the Caterham race cars. You can buy these from Caterham or from Avon (or sometimes s/h from the race teams) and they should fit your wheel sizes. I've always bought them direct from Avon. See you at Spa Nick
