Free to any deserving recipient who cares to make a contribution to NTL. These harnesses have the push -in buckle of the type fitted to inertial reel belts. ECE approved but not , I believe, FIA. FWIW the instruction leaflet carries the note " Approved to ECE Regulation No16" and an E2 mark. The belt label similarly is marked E2 plus a serial number (?) 042976 and the manufacturer Stockbridge Racing ... which sounds terribly British until you read the mark on the back of the buckle saying Fuji Kiko !
