I`ve had five in the last week. The call centre is obviously in Iindia and these people have been given a script to read. THey are really polite and sysstematic but when I`m about to sit down to dinner and couldn`t give a toss if I will save 1p by changing phone comapny I really don`t want to know. It appears that you can get a previous occupant removed from your mailing address. We still get more mail for him than ourselves and we've been living here for over a year !
