Bah! Humbug! *mad*

 

 

And tonights bloody-stupid idea - a new Tesco's *Finest fresh piazza - basically sans topping (just tom-sauce) but with a few knobs of garlic-butter. 10 mins in the oven just like their others.

 

Sooo, I add some peperoni, mozarella and spicey pepper-grind stuff - and stick the sucker in...

 

...Hmmm - where's all that smoke coming from *confused*??? It's only 9 minutes into-mission...

 

Opens oven door...

 

The garlic butter has melted (natch) and dripped off the piazza and is now vapourising on the base of the oven. Window open, extractor fan on full...

 

Extracta-piazza - and then use newly-purchased piazza-cutter (works a treat!). Piazza is leaking garlic-butter everywhere.

 

Tastes bloomin' nice though - the donkey-sausage, mosquito-cheeze and peppery-substance really did the job!

 

I'll be complaining to Tesco's consumer-team though. This rates along side the chocolate-teapot as one of the winners of the 'we clearly couldn't be ar7ed to test this - it sounded like a good-idea at the time' awards...
