stephenf73
Matched pair of 45's wanted. With or without inlet manifold, filters and linkage but would love a complete set-up for a Vauxhall "Red Top" 2-litre 16-valve engine. Thanks. 😬 😬 😬
stephenf73
Will also consider carbs from other types of engines (X-flow, pinto etc, etc.) Someone out there must be upgrading to throttle bodies!!!
Vinnie
Hi, What is your time frame? FWIW, DVA (Oily hands) tells me my ported coscast head is on the way. Which means the GM head on there at the moment can come off. When that happens the bottle throddies and ECU etc lying on my bench are also going on. Consequently I'll have a pair of Weber 45's to sell bought in April 2003 and fitted to my XE since then. The jetting (fast road cams / std valves) was stipulated by DVA at the time I ordered them and a subsequent rolling road session suggested no changes to the jets or chokes etc. I enjoy driving the car though so I won't be taking them off until I am sure I have all the bits in hand to make it go again. This may well be October. If you are in no hurry than they'll be available from then. Vinnie
stephenf73
Hi Vinnie. These could be ideal - I am in no real rush so October would be fine. I can be contacted on 07775 835450. Thanks.
