Can't think of any other time i'd buy a half pint I once went to watch Castleford play Rugby League. Afterwards we went to a working mens club for a swift pint, as I was driving I asked for a half. The place went quiet ... the barmans says Aye. I think we have a half pint glass around here somewhere ..... left over from ladies night ...
