Griff
I've got a VHPD engine with a wasted spark ignition system and Champion RC8PYP plugs that look like they need replacing soon. Car's always run well on these though a little dark (cool?) so wondered if there was a better choice. Also what's the preferred gap on these or alternative plugs? Cheers, Mike (Griff)
Rob Walker
IIRC the correct plug is RC6YCC champion and BCPR8ES NGK.

Griff
Thanks for the advice. Are the RC6YCC and BCPR8ES plugs fairly "off the shelf"? If not, they could prove hard to get hold of in Dubai so might need to order them from UK.
Steve-B
the RC6's are quite standard for Rover and other cars i believe Steve B Big Black Beast^3 Lighten up everybody....NOW USA 2005: How the West Was Driven
