Irrelevant Posted June 25, 2004 Share Posted June 25, 2004 I have an Race-Technology(RT) AP22 and I was wondering if it can be combined with an Etrex hand help GPS unit. The GPS add-ons sold by RT just look like off the shelf NMEA outputting GPS receivers, so as my Etrex can output NMEA, and I have a serial cable adapter . .. . will it work? Anyone tried it? Do I need the configure the AP22 somehow (RT provide additional configuration software with a GPS receiver). Yes, yes, I should ask RT, but it's the weekend now and they won't be working.
